Can I use my own marker/gun?
There really is no reason why you would need to use your own gun. Combat Zone issues top of the range semi automatic weapons as standard to all of its players - these are capable of firing up to seven shots a second. By issuing all players with the same high standard of equipment we ensure that everyone is evenly matched and everyone enjoys themselves. You can only use your own equipment on designated walk on or tournament days.

Can I bring my own paintballs?
Absolutely not. Only paintballs sold on site may be used on that game day. In this way we can ensure that they not only meet all insurance and health and safety standards but are also fully biodegradeable. So for safety reasons any players bringing their own paintballs onto site will be immediately ejected - No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
Is there a minimum age for paintball?
The minimum age for paintball is twelve years old. Unfortunately this is not flexible as it is an insurance regulation. All players under sixteen need written parental consent to go paintballing.
How many paintballs will I need?
Obviously this varies from player to player according to style of play but as a rule of thumb. The average amount of paintballs used on a full day 600. On a half day expect to use around 300.
What should I wear?
You are going to be running around in the woods. You can get dirty! So wear old clothes and trainers or walking boots. We do provide full camoflage suits, but we advise against wearing white or light colours (or high heels!!)
Do I need to book?
You definitely need to book. We do not cater for players just turning up. We have to know how many people are turning up. This ensures are strict marshal to client ratio are kept.
Do I need to bring a large group or can I just bring a couple of friends?
Paintball is very much the more the merrier. But don’t worry if only a couple of you want to play as we can mix you in with groups that are already playing on that day.
When should I pay my deposits?
As soon as possible, places can only be confirmed with deposits. If you leave it too late you might find your chosen date fully booked up. If you have a large group to organise it is best to pay the deposits to us as and when you collect them. It is much easier to add people to an existing group, than to try and squeeze large group onto an already busy day.

You can pay them over the phone using a credit or debit card, just call 01427 611303. Or you can send us a cheque made payable to Comabt Zone, 177 Ropery Road, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 2NX. If sending a cheques please remember to enclose full details of your booking and a contact telephone number.

Our prices are structured so that all our players benefit from the best discounted price, however for larger bookings we can be more flexible. We do tailor make packages to suit your budget. Call to find out more details.
